Privacy
Data we collect
Placar360 does not require any registration, login or sign-up form. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, tax number or any other personally identifiable information on our own initiative.
The only personal state stored proactively is what you generate yourself while using the site: your cookie consent preferences and, where available, your simulator customisations. That data is stored exclusively in your own browser via localStorage and never leaves your device to reach our servers.
Contact form. When you choose to fill in and submit the contact form on the Contact page, we collect your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. That data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Sending is carried out via Brevo (a transactional e-mail service provider), which acts as a sub-processor under Art. 5, VII of the LGPD. Data submitted through the form is not used for marketing purposes and is retained only for as long as necessary to respond. Legal basis: consent (Art. 7, I of the LGPD) and the legitimate interest of the controller in handling requests (Art. 7, IX of the LGPD).
Cookies and similar technologies
We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Necessary. Essential for the basic operation of the site. They include the consent key (placar360:consent:v1) that records your privacy choice. They cannot be disabled and do not track activity for analytics or advertising purposes.
Analytics and measurement. Help us understand how the site is used (most visited pages, time on site, traffic sources). Activated only with your consent. No data of this type is sold to third parties.
Advertising. Allow us to display relevant ads that fund the free service. Activated only with your explicit consent. Managed by Google AdSense (see the section below).
Advertising and Google AdSense
Placar360 uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Google is a third party that operates its own advertising and measurement cookies on the domains googlesyndication.com and doubleclick.net.
When you give consent for the "Advertising" category, Google may use those cookies to personalise the ads shown to you based on your interests. If you do not grant that consent, the site continues to work and may display non-personalised ads (without individual tracking).
To learn more about how Google uses data, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Ad Settings.
Google Consent Mode v2
We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure that no advertising or measurement cookie is activated before you give your explicit consent.
By default, when the site loads, all consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) are set to denied. Only after your positive choice in the relevant categories are those signals updated to "granted".
This follows the "privacy by default" principle recommended by Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Legal basis (LGPD)
The processing of personal data carried out by Placar360 is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 7, I of Law 13,709/2018 - LGPD). You choose which cookie categories to accept; without consent, no personal data related to advertising or analytics is processed.
For data strictly necessary to the operation of the site (such as the local record of your consent preference), the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller in keeping the service functional (Art. 7, IX of the LGPD).
Purposes of processing:
- Necessary: technical operation of the site and recording of your privacy choice.
- Analytics: service improvement (usage understanding, error identification), only with consent.
- Advertising: display of relevant advertising that makes the free service viable, only with consent.
Data subject rights
As a data subject, LGPD (Art. 18) guarantees you the following rights:
- Access: find out what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct incomplete or outdated data.
- Deletion: request deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, interoperable format.
- Information: be informed about the third parties with whom we share data.
- Non-discrimination: not be subject to differential treatment for having exercised your rights.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time (see below).
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form referenced in the "Controller and Data Protection Officer" section below.
How to withdraw your consent
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time, with no negative consequence for your access to the site's content.
How to do it: click the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. The preferences panel will reopen and you can adjust or reject all categories.
After withdrawal, advertising and analytics cookies already present in your browser may persist until the end of the session or until manually deleted. To remove them immediately, clear cookies for the domain placar360.com in your browser settings.
Controller and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Data Controller: Placar360 (independent publication).
For questions about this policy, rights requests or complaints relating to the processing of personal data, use the contact form (include the subject "LGPD") and we will respond within 15 business days.
You may also file a complaint with the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority): gov.br/anpd.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation or in the site's practices. When relevant changes are made, the consent key version (v1, v2 etc.) will be incremented and the preferences panel will be shown again automatically.
